Information on LOGmaster...
1. What is LOGmaster?
LOGmaster is a modern depot management system designed to give fleet operators full visibility and control over site operations. It connects to all forecourt equipment, regardless of brand, and supports both traditional fuels and emerging energy sources such as gas, hydrogen and electricity.
2. What does LOGmaster manage?
LOGmaster manages fuel dispensers, EV chargers, gas distribution systems, vehicle wash facilities, fluid dispensing and site access. It offers a centralised dashboard for monitoring and controlling all equipment, improving operational efficiency and throughput.
3. How does LOGmaster improve fuel management?
LOGmaster’s FuelLOG module consolidates real-time data from tanks, dispensers and gauges, allowing managers to track fuel and AdBlue usage by driver, vehicle and site. It highlights anomalies such as sudden drops or suspicious transactions, helping reduce costs and improve security.
4. Can LOGmaster support electric and gas vehicles?
Yes. LOGmaster includes ChargeLOG for EV charging and GasLOG for dispensing compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) and hydrogen. These modules provide advanced settings for safe and efficient operation, supporting fleets as they transition to cleaner energy sources.
5. Is LOGmaster compatible with all equipment brands?
LOGmaster connects seamlessly to any make or model of equipment. This allows site operators to install a mixture of brands without compromising control or visibility.
6. How is site access managed with LOGmaster?
LOGmaster uses secure identification tags to control access to all equipment, including entry gates. A single tag can authorise drivers or vehicles across the entire site. GateGo, a cost-effective add-on, enables access control without requiring a full terminal.
7. What are the benefits of using LOGmaster?
LOGmaster improves site efficiency, reduces fuel costs, enhances security and supports energy transition. It provides a single, intuitive interface for managing all depot operations, helping fleet managers make informed decisions and streamline processes.
8. What does the LOGmaster terminal look like?
LOGmaster features a sleek touchscreen terminal with a compact footprint. Available as a standalone unit or wall-mounted box, it is built with anti-corrosion panels to withstand harsh conditions and ensure long-term durability.
9. Can LOGmaster operate during a network outage?
Yes. LOGmaster’s replication process ensures operations continue across other sites if one connection is lost. This prevents data loss and maintains business continuity until the network is restored.
10. Where is data stored?
Operators can choose between local network or cloud-based storage. There are no fees for cloud access, and the connection type can be changed at any time.
11. Does LOGmaster support fluid management?
Yes. LubLOG monitors and controls various vehicle fluids, including brake fluid, coolant, washer fluid and hydraulic lubricants. It provides real-time data and alerts to support maintenance and performance.
12. Is LOGmaster suitable for smaller sites?
Yes. MultiLOG is designed for smaller depots that cannot accommodate multiple terminals. It offers the same functionality as FuelLOG, with a modified interface to manage additional devices.
13. Who installs and supports LOGmaster?
TSG UK supplies, installs and maintains LOGmaster across the country. As the UK’s preferred EPC contractor for energy infrastructure, TSG delivers turnkey projects and provides seven-day after-sales support through its team of skilled engineers.
14. How does LOGmaster support sustainability goals?
LOGmaster enables fleets to manage both fossil fuels and renewable energies, helping operators transition to cleaner sources without replacing existing infrastructure. It supports CNG, LNG, hydrogen and electricity, making it a future-proof solution.
