TSG UK Expands Electrical Infrastructure Capabilities with Acquisition of Network Power Connections (NPC)

TSG UK is pleased to announce the acquisition of Network Power Connections (NPC), a leading Independent Connection Provider (ICP) specialising in designing and delivering electrical connection projects across the UK.

Based in Worcester and operating nationwide, NPC has established a strong reputation for delivering new and upgraded electrical connections that support commercial, industrial and energy developments. As a National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS)-accredited ICP, the company provides a full range of services including design, project management, civil engineering works and cable jointing, helping customers navigate increasingly complex power infrastructure requirements.

The acquisition represents another significant step in TSG UK’s ongoing growth strategy, further strengthening the company’s ability to deliver complete electrical engineering solutions for customers investing in electrification, renewable energy and future-ready facilities.

As electrification gathers pace across industries, businesses are facing increasing pressure to secure the energy capacity needed to support future expansion. With NPC now part of the business, TSG UK is even better placed to support customers from initial network applications and power upgrades through to fully commissioned on-site electrical systems.

By bringing together the expertise of NPC, Skerritt Electrical, TSG Power UK and TSG Powertek, TSG UK offers a comprehensive turnkey solution spanning grid connections, high and low-voltage infrastructure, EV charging networks, solar installations and battery energy storage systems.

The acquisition also expands TSG UK’s geographical reach and delivery capacity, enabling the business to undertake larger and more ambitious energy projects while continuing to provide the local service and technical proficiency customers value.

"The acquisition of Network Power Connections is an exciting development for TSG UK and an important milestone in our long-term development strategy. As businesses across the country invest in electrification and sustainable energy solutions, access to reliable power infrastructure has never been more important. NPC brings highly specialised skills, an excellent industry reputation and a talented team with a proven track record of delivering technically demanding connection programmes. By combining NPC's capabilities with those of our existing electrical businesses, we can provide customers with a seamless end-to-end solution, from securing power at the grid through to delivering the electrical infrastructure required on site. We are delighted to welcome the NPC team into the TSG family and look forward to the opportunities we can create together."
