Dundee, 2nd April 2026. TSG UK Solutions Limited, the leader in technical services for sustainable mobility solutions, has acquired Powertek Utilities Limited from the management. To mark joining the TSG Group, the company name has changed to TSG Powertek Limited (Powertek).
Powertek, headquartered in Paisley, Scotland, is a fast-growing UK provider of multi-utility EPC services with strong expertise in electric grid connections, EV charging and gas network upgrades. The company delivers turnkey ICP solutions, including LV/HV/EHV design, civil engineering, and cable jointing, and is authorised by all major UK DNOs. With a team of over 70 field and contract professionals, Powertek has established itself as a trusted partner in infrastructure decarbonisation projects with a strong HSEQ culture.
This acquisition strengthens TSG’s Charge & Power segment in the UK and provides high-value capabilities to address the rising demand in electrification and infrastructure upgrades. It is TSG UK’s fourth acquisition in the electrical power sector.
