The acquisition is the third in a series of investments that underpin TSG’s position as one of Europe’s leading suppliers of electrical installations, including charging solutions for electric vehicles.
We are pleased to announce that we have acquired A. Winther El-Installation ApS in order to meet the ever-increasing demand for the installation and servicing of charging points.

As well as strengthening our presence west of the Great Belt, the acquisition provides additional resources, enabling TSG to continue to supply and service charging solutions to the same high standard for which TSG is renowned.
A shared focus on quality and excellent customer service
A. Winther El-Installation has a strong market position and a tradition of excellent service, high quality and fine craftsmanship. ”Given our shared values and ambitions, this is the perfect match,” says the former owner, Anders Winther, who will take up the role of manager at TSG in Billund.
The addition of A. Winther El-Installation is the third in a series of such moves and reflects TSG’s investment in, and expansion of, a nationwide electrical business, which is the first step in the company’s growth strategy.

In addition to TSG’s charging solutions, the company can supply a wide range of products and services, regardless of the type of energy. This means that TSG can provide solutions for traditional fuels, electricity, hydrogen, LBG/LNG and CBG/CNG.
”These investments mean we can offer Nordic businesses a much wider range of solutions that can be tailored and put together exactly as required,” concludes Susanne.
