AdBlue® can be extremely corrosive, and Tokheim has therefore designed a range of specialised components for our AdBlue® dispensers. Our TQM AdBlue® meter is widely recognised as the industry’s most reliable – this means that, over the product’s life cycle, it lasts longer and requires less servicing. All hydraulic components are tested and validated to ensure they comply with ISO 22241 and can be used with AdBlue® throughout the pump’s life cycle.

AdBlue® Combo
Most vehicles with diesel engines – both passenger cars and commercial vehicles – now require AdBlue. The various Diesel AdBlue Combo solutions offer an efficient way for customers to refuel from the same position without having to move the vehicle. Most POS systems support the combination of two transactions without the dispenser needing to be released twice. A display with four active fields can keep the end user informed about both transactions.
AdBlue temperature protection
AdBlue® is not only corrosive – it is also particularly sensitive to temperature and begins to crystallise when it comes into contact with air. Consequently, dispensing AdBlue® can quickly become a messy process, making a service station appear untidy. A special nozzle cap and heating system has been developed to prevent the nozzle from freezing at low temperatures.
