A fuel system has to work when the first vehicle pulls up at the dispenser

When a fuel system stops, it is rarely the fuel that is the problem. It is a dispenser, a sensor or a terminal, and then everything else stops too. That is why we supply the entire system as one solution and service it afterwards.

TSG Fuel

As a European leader in multi-energy distribution, we provide solutions for refuelling facilities at both service stations and depots. At service stations, the focus is on dispensers, payment systems and station management that work reliably, so that customers don’t drive off to another station. At depots, the focus is on fuel tanks, fleet dispensers and controlling which vehicles are authorised to refuel.

We can take responsibility for the entire refuelling system, from tanks and dispensers to payment solutions and servicing. You can also choose individual components, such as new dispensers, level measurement or a service contract for the system you already have.

With TSG Fuel, you can:

  • Bring tanks, dispensers, level measurement, payment and control together with one partner
  • Have one number to call when something needs servicing
  • Control who refuels and track consumption per vehicle
  • Refuel with HVO and other renewable fuels alongside diesel

If we supply both the dispenser and the payment terminal, we take responsibility for the whole chain. You do not have to work out which supplier should fix the fault.

From the first sketch to day-to-day operations

  • Preparatory work

We take your site, your consumption and the vehicles that need refuelling as our starting point, and design the facility accordingly.

  • Installation

We build the system and install tanks, dispensers, control and payment.

  • Service & maintenance

We have our own service teams in all seven countries in the Nordic and Baltic regions and over 5,300 stations under direct service. We service dispensers, terminals, level measurement systems and the rest of the forecourt, including equipment from other manufacturers. Response times are agreed on a site-by-site basis. Round-the-clock service includes alarm monitoring during the day, in the evening and at weekends, and a service technician on call in the event of urgent faults.

What does a fuel system consist of?

A commercial fuel system is more than a tank and a dispenser. It is several parts that must work together, and we supply them all as one system.

Above-ground and underground tanks

Diesel and fuel tanks sized to suit your consumption and installed either above or below ground. Read about tanks

Dispensers for fuel and AdBlue

Dover Tokheim dispensers for petrol stations and commercial sites, as well as AdBlue dispensers. See fuel dispensers, fleet dispensers and AdBlue solutions.

Level measurement and leak monitoring

Level measurements show the stock levels in the tanks, so you can place your order in good time. Leak detection triggers an alarm in the event of a leak from tanks and pipes.

Payment and management

Payment terminals, station management, fuel management and vehicle recognition, so you can decide who fills up and see the fuel consumption per vehicle.

Ready for HVO

If the plant is to handle HVO or other renewable fuels alongside diesel, we take this into account right from the initial design stage.

Maintenance of the entire system

Our own service teams maintain dispensers, terminals, level measurement systems and the rest of the forecourt, including equipment from other manufacturers. See our service agreements

Why choose TSG?

A fuel system has to work for many years. That is why choosing a partner is as much about the service afterwards as about the delivery itself. The fuel system is also connected to the rest of the station, from payment and station management in TSG Systems to chargers in TSG Charge and gas installations in TSG Gas.

A single partner for the entire system: tanks, dispensers, control systems, payment and service
Servicing of multiple brands, including equipment from other manufacturers
In-house service teams in all seven countries in the Nordic region and the Baltic states, and over 5,300 service stations under direct service
Fuel today and electricity tomorrow: we also install and service chargers and build gas facilities for CNG and LNG, but we do not own or operate the chargers ourselves

TSG Fuel supplies fuel sites to stations, depots and businesses with their own facilities

Petrol stations and chains

Dispensers, payment and station management for staffed and self-service stations.

Transport and logistics

Dedicated refuelling facility for lorries and vans, including for last-mile deliveries, with fuel management and consumption tracking per vehicle.

Buses and public transport

A refuelling facility at the depot with a system to control which vehicles are permitted to refuel.

Companies with their own facilities

Fuel systems for machinery and vehicles in construction, industry and public sector fleets.

Questions about fuel storage facilities

What is a commercial fuel storage facility?

A commercial refuelling facility is a site where petrol stations, vehicle fleets and businesses store and dispense fuel for vehicles and machinery. It typically consists of above-ground or underground tanks, dispensers for fuel and AdBlue, level measurement, monitoring of tanks and pipes, as well as payment and control systems.

Can you service a fuel system that you did not supply yourselves?

Yes. We service dispensers, terminals, level measurement systems and the rest of the forecourt, including equipment from other manufacturers.

Can the refuelling station handle HVO?

Yes. If you need to refuel with HVO or other renewable fuels alongside diesel, we’ll build the facility so that it can handle that.

How do we control who is allowed to refuel?

With fuel management and vehicle recognition, you can decide which vehicles are allowed to refuel, and you can view the fuel consumption per vehicle afterwards.

What happens if the system breaks down?

We have our own service teams in all seven countries in the Nordic region and the Baltic states. Round-the-clock service means alarm monitoring during the day, in the evening and at weekends, and a service technician on call in the event of urgent faults. The response time is agreed on a site-by-site basis.

Can you also supply chargers alongside the refuelling station?

Yes. We install and service chargers and supply payment for both the dispenser and the charger. Read more under TSG Charge.
