The installation and maintenance of LNG refuelling equipment require particular attention. TSG works closely with its partners to offer turnkey solutions for both public and private refuelling stations.
LNG
An alternative fuel for transport
LNG is natural gas in liquid form, produced by processing natural gas and cooling it to -162°C to turn it into a liquid. Liquefied natural gas must be stored at low temperatures and is kept in double-walled, vacuum-insulated tanks. LNG is ideally suited for use in larger vehicles, such as lorries and buses, which need to travel long distances. Because liquid is denser than gas, a greater amount of energy can be stored in the vehicle within the same space. LNG is typically used for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles, whilst the segment continues to grow.
