Why choose LOGmaster as a fleet management system?

With LOGmaster, data from all technologies is consolidated into a single database. You get a real-time overview, automatic alerts and reports without having to switch between different systems.

  • Save time. Routine tasks are automated, and all equipment at the depot is managed from a single location. This means less administration and more time for operations.
  • Improve safety. Access to vehicles, equipment and the site requires authorisation, and every single transaction can be traced.
  • Cut costs. Detailed data on fuel consumption, equipment usage and performance make it easier to identify savings.
  • Ready for the future. A single scalable platform handles diesel, petrol, AdBlue, electric charging, CNG, LNG and hydrogen as the fleet transitions to different fuels.

The LOGmaster terminal

The terminal is the point of access to the system for drivers and staff.

  • Design. The LOGmaster features a sleek, modern design with one of the smallest footprints in the industry. The terminal is built into a robust frame with protected panels, ensuring a long service life, even in harsh conditions.
  • Versions. Available as a freestanding model, a wall-mounted model or integrated into existing equipment.
  • Screen. The touchscreen is positioned at the ideal height and angle, making it quick and easy to use.
  • Optional extras. The stand-alone version can be expanded with a ticket printer, barcode scanner, 4G router and additional communication modules.

Authorisation and access control

Drivers and vehicles are identified via wireless tags such as Desfire, Legic and MiFare, or via magnetic cards, barcodes and automatic vehicle identification (AVI). A single tag can be used across fuel pumps, charging points, car wash equipment and access points. This simplifies the driver’s day-to-day routine and gives you full control over who is authorised to do what.

Choose the operating mode that suits your warehouse

LOGmaster runs in the browser, so there’s no need to install any software on your computers. You can choose how the data is handled:

  • One terminal: If you have a single depot with one terminal, the software is built into the terminal. No server or cloud solution is required, and there are no additional software fees for a single terminal on a local network.
  • LOG2host (cloud): The database is hosted in the cloud, with backups on multiple servers, an additional firewall and remote updates. This provides access to data from anywhere and requires less maintenance.
  • LOG2box (local): A central database on your own network, either as a physical server or a virtual server. The data remains on-premises, and all terminals are connected to the same database.

If you have several storage units, we recommend LOG2host or LOG2box.

The system is resilient to system failures. Each terminal has a local copy of vehicles and drivers, so it continues to operate even if the connection to the main database is lost. Transactions are automatically synchronised once the connection is restored, and automatic backups are taken twice a day.

Data, integration and the GDPR

Data from LOGmaster can be used directly in your own systems, such as your finance or ERP system:

  • Files: Automatic export as a CSV or Excel file via FTP.
  • Database: Direct connection to the database via SQL or ODBC.
  • API: Integration via API.

LOGmaster is designed, as a matter of principle, not to store personal data, so the system supports your work in relation to the GDPR.

The LOGmaster modules

LOGmaster is made up of modules, so the solution can be tailored to suit your specific warehouse.

FuelLOG

Comprehensive management of all fuel and AdBlue transactions. You can set limits and rules for each driver and each vehicle to prevent misfuelling and misuse. Find out more about our solutions for tank farm.

ChargeLOG

Monitoring and management of electric charging for vans, lorries and buses. You can connect charging points from multiple manufacturers and have full control over their operation. Read more about maintenance of charging points.

GasLOG

Control of refuelling with compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) and hydrogen, even during night-time refuelling. Advanced settings such as volume limits and shut-off at low flow rates ensure stable and safe operation.

WashLOG

Simple operation of a car, lorry and bus wash, featuring wash programmes, user permissions and automatic reports for each customer.

Meet the terminal

Built from high-quality and durable materials, LOGmaster combines functionality and resilience in one compact solution

FuelLOG

Intelligent warehouse management software

LOGmaster makes stock management time-efficient with an intuitive dashboard that provides a visual overview of all equipment. You upload a photo of the stockroom and position the equipment using drag and drop.

  • Monitoring and alerts: Status notifications highlight potential issues and the exact location of the device, so you can respond quickly.
  • Consumption reports: Reports on consumption by driver, vehicle and location.
  • Stock overview: View the stock levels in the tanks visually, so you know when to place an order.
  • Map view and multiple locations: Create a map of a single depot, a region or an entire country, and manage multiple depots from the same login.
  • Unlimited profiles: There is no limit on the number of vehicles and drivers.
  • User roles: Grant different rights to administrators and warehouse managers.
  • Remote activation: Activate equipment directly from the office, including entering the odometer reading.
  • Responsive design: The dashboard adapts to computers, tablets and mobiles, so you can access it anywhere.

Who is LOGmaster for?

LOGmaster has been developed for businesses that operate their own depots and fleets, for example in the transport and logistics sectors, last-mile delivery, bus operations and retail with their own vehicles. Whether your fleet runs on diesel, electricity, gas or a combination, you get a single system to manage it all.

Frequently asked questions about LOGmaster

What is LOGmaster?

LOGmaster is a fleet management system from ProFleet that brings together the management of fuel, AdBlue, electric charging, gas, washing and access at your depot into a single browser-based dashboard.

Can the LOGmaster be used with our existing equipment?

Yes. The LOGmaster integrates with equipment across different makes and models, including pumps, charging points and car wash systems.

Should LOGmaster run in the cloud?

No. If you have a single terminal, the software is built into the terminal. If you have several depots, you can choose between the cloud-based solution LOG2host and LOG2box on your own network.

What happens if the connection drops?

The terminals have a local copy of the vehicles and drivers and continue to operate. Transactions are synchronised once the connection is restored.

Does LOGmaster comply with the GDPR?

LOGmaster is designed, as a matter of principle, not to store personal data, so the system supports your work in relation to the GDPR.

Can the data be transferred to our accounting system?

Yes. Data can be exported as a CSV or Excel file via FTP, retrieved directly via SQL/ODBC, or integrated via an API.

Can the LOGmaster control charging points from different manufacturers?

Yes. With ChargeLOG, you can connect charging points from several manufacturers and manage them from the same dashboard.

How are the drivers identified?

Via wireless tags (Desfire, Legic, MiFare), magnetic cards, barcodes or automatic vehicle identification. A single tag can be used for all equipment at the depot.
