TSG is accelerating its development and strengthening its teams in the fields of new energy and responsible mobility in Europe.
TSG, the European leader in technical services for sustainable mobility solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Nordic Gas Solutions, a gas specialist headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
Nordic Gas Solutions specialises in the design, assembly, installation and maintenance of high-quality natural gas and biogas systems, ensuring safe and environmentally friendly management. The company helps to increase the use of gas-powered transport and primarily serves local authorities, bus operators and private fleet operators. Nordic Gas Solutions supplies turnkey systems with a focus on gas filling stations, gas storage facilities and back-up systems, and provides bespoke, state-of-the-art technology for natural gas and biogas (CNG/CBG/LNG/LBG). Nordic Gas Solutions operates in Sweden, Estonia, Finland and Latvia from its offices in Stockholm, Örebro and Tartu.
The acquisition of Nordic Gas Solutions is fully in line with TSG’s strategy of being the preferred provider of services to support all B2B customers in their energy transition for mobility, where gas and biogas is playing an increasingly important role in the development of low-carbon solutions for heavy transport. This enables TSG to bring in further teams of experts with in-depth knowledge of gas systems, including hydrogen plant, and is strengthening its geographical coverage in Northern Europe.
“The acquisition of Nordic Gas is TSG’s 18th acquisition across Europe in 20 months. The integration of new gas experts who are already active in biogas development demonstrates TSG’s commitment to strengthening its efforts in the field of new forms of energy for mobility, whilst also preparing for the forthcoming development of hydrogen. With a significant investment in new energy expertise, TSG is accelerating its transformation and diversification. ”TSG is strengthening its established position as the leading European catalyst for the energy transition in mobility, thanks to its unique network of locally based engineers and experts across thirty countries.” Jean-Marc Bianchi, Chairman of the Board and CEO of TSG.
All the TSG teams extend a warm welcome to all their colleagues from Nordic Gas Solutions and wish them every success within the TSG Group.
