The acquisition of Ryomgård EL ApS is crucial to ensuring we can continue to meet the demand for the installation and servicing of charging points for electric and hybrid cars.

Demand for charging points continues to rise, and we are seeing clear signs that this trend is set to continue. Consequently, more and more people are finding they need to be able to charge their vehicles whilst on the move – a concept known as ‘destination charging’. This need is particularly evident at TSG Nordic A/S, the leading supplier of equipment and services to petrol stations in Europe. They have just acquired the electrical contracting firm Ryomgård EL ApS, as part of the strategy designed to ensure that they also hold a leading position when it comes to the installation and servicing of charging points in the Nordic region.

From 1 October, staff from Ryomgård EL will become an integral part of the operations department at TSG Nordic. “TSG offers robust and reliable solutions for energy distribution, and we are experts in smart electrical installations, refurbishment, new builds, telecoms and data systems, and monitoring. We are naturally bringing these skills with us into the partnership,” concludes Henrik Kvist.
Ryomgård EL ApS
Ryomgård EL has a strong and loyal customer base, with its core business consisting primarily of projects for commercial clients and public sector organisations. This target group aligns well with TSG Nordic’s position amongst industrial and commercial clients.
The authorised electrical installation company was founded in 1979 and has been run by Henrik Kvist since 2010, when he took over the business from his father. They undertake every conceivable task within the electrical trade, which means that their fitters carry out everything from refurbishing municipal buildings to installing electrical control systems in factories and carrying out electrical work on new-build projects.
