TSG announces the acquisition of Ranzato Impianti Srl, a key player in the field of electrical and technical projects and services. The addition of Ranzato Impianti, which marks the 15th acquisition in Europe in less than 18 months, reflects TSG’s dynamism and growth ambitions within new forms of energy for mobility, and in particular within electric mobility.
With the acquisition of Ranzato Impianti, based in Padua in north-eastern Italy, TSG is integrating a specialist team of experts with solid expertise in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical services, thermohydraulics and energy efficiency projects. The acquisition helps to strengthen TSG’s capabilities in the field of electric mobility, whilst expanding our range of technical services and completing our geographical coverage in Italy.
The acquisition of Ranzato Impianti Srl is TSG’s largest acquisition to date, with a turnover of over 30 million euros and nearly 200 employees. This transaction follows nine other recent acquisitions in the electrical engineering services sector in Europe (Italy, Denmark, the UK, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands), where TSG intends to further strengthen its positions in order to better meet the demand for alternative and sustainable fuels.
