Help desk contract (HD)
The HD maintenance contract is limited to help desk support. You can reach our help desk by telephone or e-mail if you have questions and/or want to report a problem. Our help desk will answer your questions you may have and, if possible, solve the problem remotely.
Service No Pumps contract (SNP)
Like the HD contract, this covers help desk support but we also offer you service on payment equipment. If, for example, you have a fault with your PIN pad, the costs for this visit and the materials for possible fading are included in your contract.
