Help desk contract (HD)
The HD contract is limited to help desk support only. You can reach our helpdesk by telephone or e-mail if you have questions and / or want to report a problem. The helpdesk will answer your questions and, if possible, solve the problem remotely.
Service No Pumps contract (SNP)
Like the HD contract, this covers helpdesk support but we also offer you service on payment equipment. If, for example, you have a fault with your PIN pad, the costs for this visit and the materials for possible fading are included in your contract.
