TSG Charge huolto

EV charger service from TSG

You get the most from your charging infrastructure when the chargers work. Regular maintenance keeps them available, makes them more reliable and extends the life of the equipment.

Planned inspections find wear and early faults before they affect operation. And if a fault still occurs, fast help makes sure it is fixed. Together, that keeps the chargers available and the operation efficient, with as little disruption as possible for the people charging.

EV charger service that fits your operation

Our service programmes keep your charging infrastructure running and give you fast technical help when you need it.

Preventive maintenance covers regular inspections, testing, servicing and performance checks, so problems are found before they grow. The planned visits make the chargers more reliable, extend their life and give a better charging experience.

Even well-maintained equipment can fail because of weather, a component that breaks, software or external damage. When that happens, our service technicians find the fault, repair it and get the charger back in service.

With preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics and help when faults occur, we keep the chargers available, whether they are in a charging network, at a fleet depot or in a charging hub.

A service agreement for EV chargers can include:

  • Preventive maintenance
  • Fault finding and repair
  • Remote monitoring and support
  • Software and firmware updates
  • Technical advice
  • Remedial works
  • Emergency breakdown response

What you get

Reliability. Chargers that work build trust with the people who use them and keep your business running. Regular servicing keeps them in shape, and fast help fixes faults when they occur.

Longer life. Routine maintenance finds wear before it affects operation. That extends equipment life, makes it easier to plan new investment and saves you replacements that could have been avoided.

Safety. Well-maintained chargers protect both users and site staff. Regular inspections of power supplies, connectors, cables and enclosures catch safety issues in time.

Efficient operation. Planned servicing, software updates and monitoring keep the chargers running. When a fault occurs, fast action from a technician limits the downtime.

Satisfied users. Drivers expect the charger to be free, easy to use and working. It is, when preventive maintenance and help with faults go hand in hand, and that brings them back.

Compliance. Regular maintenance helps you meet current regulations and good practice, so your charging infrastructure is safe and compliant.
