TSG strengthens its integrated electrical offering with three new acquisitions in France, Spain and Slovenia, surpassing 10 deals in 2025

TSG, the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, is pursuing its transformation strategy with the acquisition of three new companies: Taverne Montage Industriel (TMI) in France, Green KW in Spain, and Sol Navitas in Slovenia. These strategic acquisitions reinforce TSG’s capabilities in the field of integrated electrical infrastructures and confirm its ambition to become the reference partner for multi-energy solutions in Europe.

With now over 40 acquisitions completed across 17 countries over the past three years, TSG continues its fast-paced growth, combining strong external momentum with sustained organic development. These operations have added nearly €350 million in revenues and over 1,700 employees to the Group since 2022.

In 2025 alone, TSG has completed eleven acquisitions in ten countries (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain), further accelerating the deployment of its integrated electrical and solar offering at the European level.

TSG’s development relies on a dual growth strategy: a sustained pace of targeted acquisitions and a solid organic growth supported by its 6,400+ employees across Europe. This combined approach allows the Group to rapidly scale up its capabilities while building a robust internal know-how across all energy segments.

The group’s integrated approach to technical services, covering EV charging, solar energy, battery storage, and electrical transformation, is accelerating its ability to support clients in their energy transition across all European geographies.

TMI: High-end electrical panel expertise in France

Founded in 1999 and based in Toulouse, TMI has developed recognized expertise in assembling electrical panels up to 6,300A for industrial and tertiary projects. With a team of 40 employees, including 25 operators and 5 project managers, the company has established long-term partnerships with major players. TMI serves exclusively B2B clients and, over the years, has built a strong presence in southwestern France.

Thanks to sustained growth – over 30% in revenue between 2022 and 2024 – TMI is poised to scale its business further. By joining TSG, the company will gain new growth opportunities and benefit from strong commercial synergies, especially through access to TSG’s nationwide customer base and rising demand for integrated electrical panel solutions in electric mobility infrastructure.

This acquisition will also help TSG improve its competitiveness in France in terms of cost and lead time on electrical cabinet assembly. TMI’s high-quality technical execution aligns perfectly with TSG’s ambition to offer turnkey multi-energy solutions combining EV charging, transformers, solar energy, and battery storage.

Green KW: Solar energy expansion in Spain

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Bilbao, Green KW is a fast-growing Spanish company specialized in photovoltaic self-consumption solutions for commercial and industrial clients, as well as public institutions. The company operates across Spain, from the Basque Country to Andalusia, Levante, Catalonia, and Madrid.

Green KW offers end-to-end services, from engineering and project design to installation and maintenance, leveraging a flexible cost structure and a trusted network of subcontractors. Between 2020 and 2024, the company achieved sustained organic growth, has developed a solid project pipeline, and launched new segments in 2025, such as collective self-consumption and energy consulting.

By joining TSG, Green KW will gain access to a broader customer base and benefit from significant commercial synergies with TSG Iberica’s operations. This acquisition enables TSG to strengthen its local presence in Spain and to accelerate its capacity to deliver integrated solar infrastructures, combining PV generation with aerothermal / energy management, EV charging and battery storage solutions. Green KW’s entrepreneurial team and regional footprint will be key assets in supporting the group’s ambition to scale its solar business across Southern Europe.

Sol Navitas: Strengthening solar capabilities in the Balkans

Founded in 2008 and based in Celje, near Ljubljana, Sol Navitas is a Slovenian company specialized in the design, installation and maintenance of solar power plants, with over 3,000 installations completed across Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia, representing more than 60 MW of total capacity. The company focuses primarily on commercial and industrial clients.

Sol Navitas has internal technical capabilities in engineering, project management and maintenance. In addition to solar PV systems, the company offers related services such as EV charging stations, energy storage, and solar carports.

This acquisition strengthens TSG’s presence in the growing solar market of the Balkans and creates immediate synergies in countries like Slovenia and Croatia, where the Group is already active. Sol Navitas’ local expertise and engineering capabilities will support the expansion of TSG’s integrated solar offering across the region.

“With the acquisitions of TMI, Green KW and Sol Navitas, we are strengthening our electrical capabilities in France, expanding our solar expertise in Spain and reinforcing our presence in the Balkans—three key areas for delivering integrated energy infrastructures. These companies, sharing the same Entrepreneurial DNA than TSG, bring highly complementary skills: advanced panel assembly, solar engineering and regional execution. With 11 acquisitions already completed this year, TSG is maintaining its strong growth momentum and reinforcing its position as a leading provider of multi-energy solutions in Europe.”
