Stratification is the application of epoxy resins and fiber mats to a structure, such as an underground fuel storage tank, to extend the tank’s lifespan and guarantee structural integrity for 10 years after the application is completed. The process is done to prolong the useful life of the tank, at a far lower cost and a lot faster (so with less loss of revenue) than replacing it with a new tank.
Our epoxy resins, as indicated above, are solvent-free (no risk of ignition) and contain no substances bad for health No case of eye or skin irritation has ever been reported.
MAX PERLES Systems used when applied by our trained applications technicians, are guaranteed 10 years by an independent Insurance Company. Contractors may issue a similar guarantee on their workmanship.
