TSG announces the acquisition of two companies specialized in solar energy
TSG acquires JCM Solar and Eco-Cycle Environmental Group
These two transactions mark TSG’s 20th acquisition in the past 2 years on new energies for mobility and related technical services.
The integration of TSG’s solar energy segment strengthens its multi-energy and multi-service offer.
Through the acquisitions of JCM Solar and EEG, TSG, whose teams are already working on photovoltaic projects in several countries, is significantly strengthening its position in solar energy. The Group is thus reaffirming its strategy of leadership in responsible mobility in Europe and Africa, offering a complete product range combining the installation of solar panels in parking shelters or on roofs, and the deployment of stationary batteries and electrical recharging infrastructures.
JCM Solar is a French company based in the Pays de la Loire region, specialized in designing, installing, maintaining, and servicing photovoltaic power plant projects for professional customers. The company stands out in the European market for its innovative light solar panel solutions, offering greater adaptability for seamless integration into a variety of applications
EEG, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, distributes, installs and maintains solar photovoltaic equipment, mainly for professionals.
Both JCM Solar and EEG share TSG’s commitment to supporting professional customers with their solar development projects in Europe and Africa, providing them with complete, tailor-made solutions, including any preliminary administrative procedures these may entail.
Supporting customers in their global energetic transition
TSG group has already completed several solar power projects in Europe – notably in Italy and Spain – and intends to develop this activity over the next few years, with dedicated, integrated product ranges and teams. Solar energy offers numerous advantages in terms of cost, impact and flexibility of the energy mix. The solar energy market is expected to be worth nearly 45 billion € in Europe by 2025.
