The acquisition of Prime Fuelling by TSG

TSG, the European leader in Technical Services for Responsible Mobility Solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Prime Fuelling Systems Limited (Prime Fuelling). Prime Fuelling is a company based in the UK, North Wales, west to Liverpool.
Prime Fuelling successfully provided bespoke fleet installations and services for over 20 years in the retail, commercial and defence sectors. Prime Fuelling is well known for its expertise in installing and maintaining AdBlue facilities to support fleet customers reaching their Euro 6 emissions standards. Its expert team of highly accredited electrical and mechanical engineers will reinforce TSG’s existing fleet team to support its ongoing development in the UK market.
With Prime Fuelling Systems Limited acquisition, TSG pursues its ambition to enable the responsible mobility transition for all types of players and its growth strategy by offering development opportunities to local implantations while reinforcing TSG teams strengths with technically skilled people. The integration of Prime Fuelling continues TSG’s strategy of offering a ‘one-stop-shop’ for innovative energy and retail solutions including retail, fleet, systems, wash, EV charge, gas and Facility Management.
