We are pursuing our CSR Roadmap journey, settling our priorities by reference to the 7 principles empowering all TSG’s activities.
As a trusted solutions provider with over 50 years of expertise, we are committed to embracing our knowledge and corporate culture to implement our CSR vision of “enabling responsible Mobility.” Our tailored CSR approach aligns common goals with decentralized management, ensuring top management commitment, integration of CSR into our business model, and dedicated resources at local and global levels. This commitment is reinforced with annual CSR objectives tied to top managers’ variable remuneration.
We are permanently reinforcing our management system in ethics, compliance and cybersecurity with dedicated policies and regular trainings, with the ambition to be a highly responsible company for the benefit of our customers.
Our workforce surpassed 7.000 employees, with over 2.000 of them coming from acquisitions. Prioritizing our people development is a constant priority, starting with Health & Safety. We aim to attract new talented people, eager to accompany us both in our business transformation towards sustainable mobility, and to support our fast-growth journey. And while doing so, we ambition as well to promote diversity starting with gender diversity that we see as a lever of collective performance.
Our activities require us to be mobile and operate on multiple sites. Our fast transformation towards all new energies for mobility associated with our fast growth are presenting health and safety challenges. Thus, we are permanently raising the bare to focus on people sustainability and safety by targeting a zero-accident goal. We are constantly strengthening our Health and Safety processes, developing comprehensive safety manuals for each of our activities, reinforcing our ISO certifications, implementing systematic safety audits on the field and providing health and safety trainings all across our entities including new TSG companies.
As leader in responsible mobility solutions and key enabler of the energy transition to responsible mobility and beyond, we are committed to reducing our own environmental impact. We are permanently improving our sustainability efforts, yearly challenging our CSR maturity with EcoVadis, updating our carbon footprint for each of the countries where we are operating, and regularly launching studies to measure our environmental impacts.
Climate actions management As leading by example is one of our core values, we have set up carbon emissions reduction near-term targets, approved and certified by the SBTi.
We have committed to:
reducing our CO2 emissions by 42% for scope 1 and 2.
and to engage 77% of our suppliers to set-up carbon reduction targets science-based aligned by 2030.
Our climate actions is involving each of our local teams who have worked on designing their own local concrete actions plan to make that, all together, we could meet these ambitious but necessary objective for our benefit and the one of all our stakeholders, and the whole society.
Also, we optimize and continuously improve waste management across all our sites, in full compliance with national and European regulations. We reduce waste at source, improve sorting and recovery, work with authorized operators, and engage our teams through clear objectives, monitoring and training.
We are continuing to enhance our sustainable technical offerings to always further support our customers in their transition to responsible mobility, renewable energy, and beyond. More than a third of our 4.500+ technicians are focused on new energy, including EV charging stations for both light and heavy mobility, solar installations, battery storage equipment and full integrated electrical solutions including energy management systems, and biogas/hydrogen installations.

Sustainable procurement In line with our commitment to reduce our carbon emissions, we demand our main suppliers to define their own carbon emission reduction trajectory.
Extension of product life
With our highly technically skilled technicians and experts in maintenance we are actively participating in increasing our customers’ installations lifespan and therefore reducing their carbon footprint.

Providing high quality preventive maintenance based on our extensive expertise and experience.
Our procurement team is working on building a reliable responsible supply chain. We are asking our suppliers to adhere to our Purchasing Policy, our Supplier Code of Conduct, and evaluation processes. Our procurement and HSEQ departments are strongly collaborating to manage a robust subcontractor management process, aiming to offer more sustainable services to customers.
And we work on motivating our suppliers to set their own science-based carbon emission trajectory to fit the SBTi requirements.
