TSG was commissioned to install five Tokheim Quantium FS pumps, an ideal solution for companies that want to refuel their vehicles efficiently and safely on their own premises. Thanks to their flexible configuration options, these high-quality pumps are perfect for use with different products: four dispensers were set up for diesel and one for AdBlue. All pumps are equipped with accurate tank level measurement from Progauge, giving the company continuous insight into stock levels and enabling it to automatically anticipate replenishment.
In addition, a reliable column-mounted tank registration system has been integrated, ensuring that it is always accessible to drivers. Lannutti opted for Profleet’s Logmaster, a solution known for its ease of use and strong security. Tank registration gives fleet managers complete control over consumption: they can see exactly who refuelled when and how much. This helps to prevent fraud, limit fuel theft and optimise day-to-day management.
Results and Impact.
Daily processes at Lannutti have been significantly optimised thanks to the commissioning of the new pumps and the integrated tank registration system. This allows the entire fleet of no fewer than 2,500 vehicles to be supplied efficiently and reliably. Thanks to accurate fuel management monitoring, Lannutti now has a clear and complete overview of all refuelling operations. This not only ensures smoother operational planning, but also greater transparency and control, allowing for better fuel consumption management and faster detection of possible deviations. This makes the entire logistics process both safer and more efficient.
