We managed the entire project — from initial concept to the delivery of a fully operational charging infrastructure. As the single point of contact, we coordinated all communication between stakeholders and ensured that both technical and financial criteria were met, giving Staf Cars full peace of mind. Even during the quotation phase, we provided clear visualisations, transparent pricing, and a concrete vision of the final solution. The installed infrastructure includes 13 DC charging satellites, 2 Kempower power units, a new high-voltage main cabin, and a secondary subcab. All components are centrally managed by the MINT smart energy management system, which optimises charging sessions based on bus schedules, operational priorities, and energy tariffs. It ensures vehicle readiness while actively managing load distribution to avoid peak demand and reduce energy costs. Safety was a key priority: TSG implemented collision protection, firewalls, and a 24/7 support system combining remote assistance with a nationwide network of certified technicians. The site is now future-proof, designed for scalability and ready to support fleet expansion without major reinvestment.
