RBS and BSU operate two depots in Worblaufen and Zuchwil. With chargers, fuel and washing stations managed through isolated systems, data was scattered across platforms, creating ongoing challenges in ensuring consistency, security, and reliable operations.
RBS and BSU set out to modernise their depot operations and accelerate their transition toward cleaner, more efficient mobility. Operating two depots with multiple energy sources had become increasingly complex, with separate systems and scattered data. To overcome these challenges, we implemented ProFleet’s LOGmaster solution, creating a unified, cloud-based platform that seamlessly connects fuel, charging, and washing operations across both sites, enabling smarter, more transparent management.

To meet the operational needs of RBS and BSU, TSG Switzerland SA delivered a complete, tailor-made depot management solution combining equipment, software, and ongoing support. The project began with a detailed technical assessment of both sites, ensuring the integration of ProFleet technology within the existing infrastructure.
We handled the installation of ProFleet terminals and fuel dispensers at both Worblaufen and Zuchwil depots. This included the setup of FuelLOG, ChargeLOG, and WashLOG terminals, all seamlessly interconnected to provide smooth and consistent operations across the two sites.
We ensures ongoing reliability through regular maintenance, system updates, and remote support. This long-term service commitment guarantees optimal system performance, operational continuity, and peace of mind for RBS and BSU.
Results and Impact.
Since the implementation of LOGmaster, RBS and BSU have significantly simplified their depot operations. All data from fuel, charging, and washing activities is now centralised within a single cloud-based platform, accessible from anywhere and independent of internal IT systems.
This integration has streamlined workflows, eliminated redundant interfaces, and reduced the risk of errors and maintenance efforts. With precise, real-time data now available, RBS and BSU can generate detailed reports, integrate seamlessly with their ERP systems, and better monitor their sustainability targets.
