The project, carried out in 2024, consisted of the design and deployment of a complete multitechnical solution for a newly built restaurant in Reims. The main objective was to ensure optimal thermal comfort, enhanced safety and reduced energy consumption, while guaranteeing regulatory compliance. Based on a long-standing partnership, the client once again entrusted TSG France with the full scope of technical installations for this site.

We managed the project from design to commissioning, delivering a turnkey solution covering all technical installations. A high-performance commercial HVAC system was installed, including a rooftop air handling unit with fresh air supply, ensuring precise control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
We also carried out complete sanitary plumbing installation, integrating a heat pump to improve the building’s overall energy efficiency. Sanitary fixtures were installed in compliance with current standards.
In the kitchen area, we implemented dedicated solutions such as smoke extraction towers, professional kitchen hoods and associated piping networks. These systems ensure effective air extraction, improved fire safety and optimal working conditions. This project illustrates our expertise in delivering integrated technicals solutions tailored to the specific constraints of the food service industry.
Results and Impact.
The restaurant now benefits from improved energy performance thanks to modern, eco-efficient equipment. Safety has been significantly enhanced through high-quality smoke extraction and ventilation systems. Precise HVAC regulation ensures optimal thermal comfort for customers and staff throughout the year.
This project represents the sixth collaboration between us and this restaurant chain, following similar installations completed in Nice, Perros-Guirec, Villeneuve-Loubet, Montluçon and Lavau. We once again demonstrated its ability to deliver consistent, high-quality multitechnical solutions across multiple sites nationwide.
