Project overview.

The PL6700 station in Godzieszów was designed as a new benchmark for self-service fuel stations in Poland. Developed as the country’s largest self-service station, the project focused on maximising refuelling capacity, optimising traffic flow and improving the overall driver experience.

TSG Poland was appointed as general contractor and entrusted with the execution of the project, including the integration of high-performance fuel dispensing systems, automated payment solutions and site infrastructure adapted to intensive heavy-duty use.

The solution delivered by TSG.

We delivered the project as a turnkey solution, acting as general contractor and coordinating all phases of execution. The station is equipped with 13 fuel dispensing points, based on Tokheim fuel dispensers and metering technology, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.

To minimise refuelling time, the installed systems allow the dispensing of up to 1,000 litres of fuel in approximately eight minutes, supporting fast turnaround for trucks and commercial vehicles. Each refuelling point is also equipped with AdBlue dispensers, meeting the requirements of modern heavy-duty fleets.

An innovative “satellite” refuelling concept was implemented, enabling vehicles to refuel all tanks without repositioning. This feature significantly improves convenience for drivers of large vehicles.

The station integrates automated payment systems from PRIZMA Dover Fueling Solutions, combined with Tokheim meters, all installed under a canopy spanning more than 70 metres. Extensive fuel piping and pressure testing were carried out to ensure safety, reliability and long-term performance.

Results and Impact.

The completed PL6700 station sets a new reference for large-scale self-service fuel stations in Poland. Its high-capacity design, fast refuelling performance and user-oriented features contribute to improved operational efficiency and driver comfort.

By combining robust fuel infrastructure with automated systems and innovative refuelling concepts, the project demonstrates how modern fuel retail sites can be adapted to the evolving needs of heavy-duty transport.

"I would like to thank our general contractor, TSG, who carried out the investment very efficiently and professionally. They managed this task perfectly."

Aleksander Kulikov, President of the Management Board, E100 Power Max.
