Le Plessis-Robinson, February 25th, 2026 – TSG, the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, and beyond, announces the acquisition of TEPU Holding AG, a Swiss group specialising in electrical design, installation and maintenance services, with a strong positioning in complex B2B environments, including a solid track record in data centre infrastructure projects.
This transaction further strengthens TSG’s electrical platform in Switzerland and supports the Group’s strategy to scale high-value technical services across Europe, combining targeted external growth with sustained organic development.
With more than 45 acquisitions completed in four years across nearly 20 countries, TSG continues to accelerate its strategic transformation towards energy transition, strengthening its presence across Europe and further increasing the share of new energy services in its activities.
Unlocking high-value electrical capabilities to scale TSG’s operations in Switzerland
TEPU Holding AG, based in Zurich and Bülach, brings together two Swiss companies – Pfanner & Frei and Re.com – with recognised expertise in electrical installation and maintenance. The group employs around 80 people, mostly engineers and field technicians, and is known for its ability to deliver complex projects with high technical requirements, notably in the data centre sector, which represents a significant part of its activity.
Its services include low- and medium-voltage systems, building automation, lighting, IT networks, EV charging and photovoltaic installations. The group also holds an AC installation permit, a key asset for supporting TSG’s development in Switzerland.
This acquisition strengthens TSG’s technical footprint in the country and opens new growth opportunities, particularly in French-speaking regions, while enhancing its capacity to deliver integrated, high-performance electrical infrastructure.
A strategic step to scale TSG’s electrical platform in Switzerland
The integration of TEPU Holding AG is fully aligned with TSG’s ambition to provide integrated, turnkey energy infrastructures, combining electrical systems, renewable energy generation and EV solutions, adapted to local market requirements.
By joining TSG, TEPU Holding AG will benefit from the Group’s shared technical expertise and long-term investment strategy, while continuing to serve its customers with the same proximity, quality and operational excellence.
“The acquisition of TEPU Holding AG is a decisive move to accelerate TSG’s development in Switzerland, a market with high technical requirements and strong potential for integrated energy infrastructures. TEPU stands out through its solid expertise in complex environments such as its AC installation permit and a high-performing team with a sharp customer focus. Its recognised know-how in delivering sophisticated data centre energy infrastructures is also a major asset for TSG. Beyond strengthening our technical footprint, this operation opens new avenues for growth in photovoltaics and EV charging and enables us to better serve the French-speaking regions. TEPU’s entrepreneurial spirit and ambition fully resonate with TSG’s values and long-term vision.”
