Following recent acquisitions across Europe, this transaction strengthens TSG’s position in gas and biogas infrastructure.
With close to 50 acquisitions completed in less than four years across nearly 20 countries, TSG continues its strategic transformation, combining targeted external growth and organic development to build a pan-European network of skilled teams and integrated energy solutions.
Expanding gas infrastructure in the Nordics to support the energy transition
Headquartered in Store Höga, near Gothenburg (Sweden), Processkontroll Green Technology is a leading supplier of infrastructure and services for compressed and liquid gases in the Nordics. With more than 20 years of experience, the company has built strong expertise in the design, construction and maintenance of biogas stations and gas transportation systems.
The company employs around 45 highly skilled professionals and operates its own production facility, delivering end-to-end solutions from engineering and manufacturing to installation and maintenance.
Processkontroll Green Technology has completed more than 300 installations across Sweden, Norway and Finland, including public biogas stations, bus depots, LCNG stations and decompression units. Its offering also includes automation and compressor services, as well as mobile and stationary storages for biomethane and hydrogen solutions, supported by 24/7 technical assistance from its in-house service teams.
Strengthening TSG’s gas activities in the Nordics
The integration of Processkontroll Green Technology is fully aligned with TSG’s strategy to expand its integrated energy solutions across Europe.
