These acquisitions are part of TSG’s strategic ambition to develop fully integrated multi-energy solutions across Europe and reinforce its operational capacities to meet the growing electrification needs of its clients.
These latest additions bring the number of acquisitions made by TSG to 38 in three years all around Europe, M&A being an accelerator of the Group’s transformation, positioning it as a key enabler of the energy transition in Europe.

These two companies bring additional technical competencies to TSG’s electrical and solar business lines:
- NRGreen ApS (Denmark): Based near Copenhagen, NRGreen delivers design, installation, and maintenance services for photovoltaic systems with battery storage. Its robust portfolio and financing know-how position TSG to expand its solar offering in the Nordics. This acquisition also strengthens TSG’s footprint in Northern Europe, a region where electrification is significantly accelerating, and new energy infrastructures are gaining momentum.
- Ruven Baumgärtner Elektrotechnik GmbH (Germany): as an electronical specialist with over 40 years of experience, RBE provides electrical design, installation and maintenance services across retail (food & non-food), industrial and commercial sectors. With its strong technical capabilities and nationwide reach, the company reinforces TSG’s position in the German market and supports the expansion of the power segment.
