Job description
As a Sales Support Engineer you provide product & commercial support to local fleet sales representatives across the TSG countries in Europe and Africa, in order to grow the fleet business by enhancing and facilitating local fleet processes/projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central point of contact for local sales colleagues regarding ProFleet product and tech related questions
- Align and discuss technical questions with ProFleet L3 support, address new development requests to the business development manager
- Provide ProFleet product trainings for new local colleagues, enhancing their onboarding and allowing them to become active more quickly
- Contribute, based on input from the countries and own findings, to the further development of the ProFleet product range
- Support the gradual shift from fuel oriented projects, to charge and gas related projects, positioning ProFleet as a valuable systems partner & supplier
- Update the ProFleet internal product information regularly, and contribute to the completion of relevant local ProFleet documentation (e.g. local quick start manual)
